Classic little French, shell shaped butter cakes. About 2 1/2 inches long; they are lightly flavored with vanilla and dusted with powdered sugar. These little cakes are the perfect accompaniment to tea, sorbet or fruit desserts; ideal for buffets and Viennese tables.
