We have stopped baking King Cakes for the season.

"Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler" (Let the good times roll!!). We have just what you need for your own "Mardi Gras Carnival". A traditional braided King Cake that is a delicious cinnamon sweet bread, covered with a sugary, sweet fondant. Sprinkled with the traditional Mardi Gras-colored sugars of purple (symbolizing Justice), green (symbolizing Faith) and gold (symbolizing Power). This colorful topping is representative of a jeweled crown in honor of the Three Wise Men who visited the Christ Child on Epiphany. A tiny plastic baby (symbolic of the baby Jesus) is placed inside each King Cake. Of course, it is a sign of good luck and it customary for the person who discovers the hidden plastic baby to host the next King Cake Party.

We also provide you with your party needs. Your 2 1/2 lb. cake will arrive with two colorful Mardi Gras masks and three strings of Carnival beads.
