After the beer and the bangers n'mash, treat yourself to these Irish-themed miniature layer cakes. Each box of one dozen includes six Emerald Mint Shamrocks--mint buttercream and bittersweet chocolate truffle cream between layers of vanilla and chocolate cake--and six Chocolate Shamrocks--mint buttercream and bittersweet chocolate truffle cream between layers of chocolate cake.
Each petits four is dipped in white or dark chocolate and finished by hand with a green Shamrock.
St. Patrick's Day Petits Fours will be available in February.
