my mother is a diabetic , so I had to find a cake she could eat. This one was perfect. The whole family enjoyed it. They commented on how moist, fresh, and delicious it was. We live across country from my parents so I did not get to try any, but by their comments it was enjoyed by all. I am glad to say that there was none left after the party. Thank you for putting out such a good product
