Good Morning Chef Steve:
I want to send a review on the biscotti's which
I am eating while writing.

Your biscotti's are the best i ever had, like day and night
compared to the commercial ones you get at
the Warehouse Clubs etc. I can tell you that I am
addicted to them. Tell people try heating them up
just for 25 seconds in a microwave and let them
melt in your mouth.
