The cake itself was excellent and the customer service even better. After mistakenly sending the wrong cake to my in laws for Christmas Eve (sent a carrot cake rather than the dark chocolate cake I ordered), they made good on their guarantee of satisfaction and sent me a replacement dark chocolate cake for New Year\'s Eve!
