I was skeptical of the quality and condition of a cake that had to be shipped two days ahead, but even though UPS left it at the door \"upside down\", the cake was very delicious and moist, just like fresh out of the oven. It was delivered right on time, just as promised and I will definitely order more baked products from Chef Steve in the future.
