Two of these cakes were served at my wedding reception. They were simply out of this world. Being a southern girl, I grew up with red velvet cakes as a staple for special occassions. Now I live in the Northeast and they are not common - in fact, many people don't know what they are! Thank you for helping to make this very special occassion VERY special!
