Unfortunately, the cake did not arrive for my sister's 50th birthday. However, the representative I spoke with by phone was very pleasant, refunded my delivery fee, apologized and let me know that the cake would be replaced if there was any problem at all. Because I received good customer service, quick, complete and without any argument, I will definitely use this service again and recommend it as well.
