Sugar-Free Lo-Carb Flourless Marble Cake

My father is a diabetic who lives in a different state than I, so every year I send him a delicious, yet healthy for him, cake for his birthday. Last year I decided to try another company. It was a huge mistake. Not only did they charge me $36.00 for overnight delivery even though I ordered the cake over a week in advance, but my father told me that he hated to complain but the cake tasted strange and was chalky to eat. I explained that I had tried a different company and he told me that there was no reason to try a different company when the cakes he had recieved in previous years were all delicious. He told me that the sugarfree, flourless marble cheesecake was absolutely delicious. He said that he would never have guessed that it was healthy for him.
