I sent a White Chocolate Lace Cake to my father and mother in law, who celebrate their January birthdays one week apart. I hate to sound cliched, but my mother in law has been very critical of most things we send but couldn\'t WAIT to thank us for this gift! She absolutely raved about how wonderful this cake was.
