People tell us that Croissants Handmade by La Patisserie Bakery are better than those in Europe, and we fancy you will think so, too! This sample package contains one of each of our four favorite croissants: plain, almond, raspberry, and chocolate. These croissants will be shipped as Second Day Air so as to arrive as fresh on your doorstep as they are coming out of our oven.
La Patisserie started making croissants twenty years ago, and we still use the same method today! Our secret is to let the dough rest in between each step of the baking process as the pure, unsalted butter is added and the dough is folded, rolled, cut up, stuffed with our delicious fillings, and baked to golden perfection
