Croissants Handmade by LaPatisserie Bakery. These Croissants are made with pure unsalted butter. People tell us they are better than one's in Europe and we think you will think so too. You get one each of Plain, Almond, Raspberry, and Chocolate. This product will be shipped 2nd Day Air. LaPatisserie has been making croissants for twenty years and has not changed the way they are made. We mix the dough on the first day then let it rest. The second day the unsalted butter is folded into the dough and then folded two more times. Then after resting again the dough is rolled out and cut into traingles, filling added and handrolled up. The croissants then need to rest again before proofing and baking.
