Will we lose our own local "brand or identity "?

Not at all. How it works is like this … When we receive an order for you, our order process is that we will email the order to you and you will send the order out in your own bakery label packaging. We clearly want each customer to know that YOU are responsible for the quality they're enjoying. In addition, this same carton leaving your premises directly to the customer carries a label outside from 1-800-bakery.com and receipt of order/purchase with a 'thank you' from 1-800-Bakery.com

How will we receive payment & what are the minimums?

We will submit net payment for the goods delivered including end user freight fees as agreed to your bakery on a Net 15 day's basis. There are no minimums per say to maintain this agreement for either of us. If desired - we can certainly discuss capabilities you may wish to have us understand regarding available inventory …especially at peak holiday/event periods so we work together to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
