What would a Christmas be without a really decadent chocolate dessert? Well, this one we promise is a real duesy. Our pastry chefs create this special dessert with a moist, rich chocolate cake generously filled with velvety dark chocolate mousse. The log's chocolate buttercream "bark" is smothered with bittersweet chocolate curls and a dusting of dark chocolate. Meringue mushrooms are also included.
