A moist yellow sponge cake brushed with Grand Marnier, filled with Grand Marnier infused vanilla buttercreme and sliced fresh strawberries. Iced with vanilla buttercreme, edged with caramelized rice and topped with buttercreme rosettes and chocolate piping. This exclusive cake took Best Cake honors from the Massachusetts Retail Bakers Association.
