Our proprietary printing process uses full color edible ink, directly on the icing. Some bakeries use icing paper, which is tasteless and adds a strange texture to the cookie. We weren't satisfied with this style of custom cookie printing, so we developed our own. By printing directly on the icing, the cookie looks great and tastes delicious.
